My core approach is Lymphatic-Enhanced Myofascial Release. This means I combine gentle, effective lymphatic drainage with deep, targeted myofascial work to release restrictions in the connective tissue (fascia) while supporting your body’s natural detoxification and fluid balance.

•  Lymphatic drainage (to reduce swelling, support immunity, and promote detoxification)

•  Myofascial release (to unwind tight, stuck fascia and restore movement)

•  TMJD / intraoral work (gentle, gloved work inside the mouth to release jaw tension and related headaches)

•  Craniosacral therapy (subtle, powerful balancing of the nervous system and cranial rhythm)

•  Scar tissue remediation (to soften, mobilize, and reduce restrictions from old injuries or surgeries)

•  Plus any additional techniques that will serve you best — Swedish-style flowing strokes, deep tissue where appropriate, trigger point therapy, active assisted stretching, and positional release to further open fascial restrictions.

Some appointments lean more deeply into therapeutic work, others incorporate more relaxation. Some days we focus on your jaw and neck, other days on surgical scars or full-body lymphatic reset. The exact blend is determined together during your appointment.
