MFR, myofascial release,  is a hands on technique that focuses on releasing tension in the fascia. Fascia is the connective tissue surrounding muscles, bones and organs. Using a gentle, sustained pressure on dense fascia for a prolonged period of time, allows for the fascia to move in a more neutral position supporting the surrounding muscles, bones and organs more efficiently. This technique can be beneficial for those with chronic pain, tension and or mobility limitations.

Aimed at relieving tension and pain in the jaw muscles and joints, specifically the Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ), which can be sore or tight due to clinching or grinding or surgery. This therapy supports the head, neck and spine. Addressing imbalances to provide a more effective experience for clients.

My deep tissue massage is designed to relieve severe tension in the muscles and connective tissue using  slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the affected areas to alleviate pain and stiffness.

Any trauma to the body I.e. Surgery or even an accident can slow the lymphatic system. Because the lymphatic system is not able to increase its work load, it is important to manually drain the lymphatic system.

Swedish Massage is a therapeutic massage designed to relax the entire body. I use long, flowing strokes, kneading, circular movements to the topmost layers of muscles. Benefits can include, relief from muscle tension and soreness, improved circulation, reduction of stress with the overall relaxation, increase in range of motion and flexibility. 

My sports massage is perfect for athletes who need to improve their performance or recover from an injury. I use a combination of deep tissue massage and stretching to help you reach your goals.
